Transferring Address Book & Bookmarks from Communicator 4.51 to 4.79 (Mac) - Mac Applications & Software

I'm trying to transfer my Address Book & Bookmarks in Communicator 4.51 from my old PowerCenter 166 to Communicator 4.79 on my Mac G4. I thought I had done it correctly but I haven't because they both vanished after I had placed them in Netscape Users in the Preferences Folder. Can anyone give me directions on how to accomplish this? Thanks, Sy...

    Export as a LDIF file.
