Spanish keyboard layout would probably also help.
Machine translation == bad; if you really have to do it, do something
with Babelfish (open the page in Babelfish or copy/paste), then take what
you get back, clean it up manually, because the translation is going to
be bad, and put it back into the page. Otherwise hire a reasonably
competent speaker of the languages to do the translation for you.
But to answer the question from your post's subject line, not that I know
of.
