Transparency Issues
I have a graphic with a transparent background that I edited in Photoshop. I then placed this graphic into Illustrator. When I print the graphic on a white background, only the graphic shows up. However, when I add a green gradient behind it (drew a box, then selected "Send to Back") I get a weird grey-ish looking tint behind my graphic when I print. It looks FINE on the screen but its there when I print. Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Re: Transparency Issues
Erin,
In PhotoShop make your background transparent and Save as a PSD file. If you have Illustrator 10 or CS the background should be transparent and you can use any backing using a gradient and it should show correctly, no color change in the transparent area.
