    Default Transparent Image Woes

I am having difficulty using Photoshop 7's Export Transparent Image feature.

No matter what combination I choose, when I place the finished image into PageMaker, it is NOT transparent.

    Help!

Does it print transparent? Try tilting it .01º

For an image to be transparent in PM, it has to have hard edges, so drop shadows or feathered edges will have a bounding box around them.

Try with a clipping path instead. Save as TIFF from Photoshop and
place the TIFF file with the clipping path in PageMaker. Everything
outside the clipping path will not be visible in PageMaker.
