Trouble creating Keys for Publishers of Subsites
I am an administrator in Contribute and can see all the directories in my root.
However, when I attempt to create a user connection key to send to a publisher
(that would allow them access to only edit files in that directory) it fails,
looking to be a permissions issue between IIS and AD. However, we have checked
and the user appears to have access to that directory. This really seems like
an IIS issue and Contribute is only spitting back what it sees between the user
and server. We've checked everything. Has anyone else experienced this? Also,
my end goal is to allow the user to edit files in multiple sub-directories
(sub-sites) can this be done (or specified when creating the connection keys?)
Thanks for any help. This is an enterprise implementation and I would think
that this issue has arised for someone.
