Default Trying to use file info ?

I work for a newspaper and was excited to learn MX has a caption info (see
extras other) in it. Captioning and key wording would be a great help in
archiving graphics. The problem comes in as our archive is .html based browser.
While info in a true MX file is imported and shows up all we get is a blank
file icon. If I export an .eps or .pdf into the system I can see a viewable
image of the graphic but the file info drops out on export. I'm not sure but I
assume the files don't support it. Macromedia tech support wasn't sure either.
(Big vote of confidence here). Tried Illustrator and it does the same thing.
Anybody have any suggestions, aside from me being SOL for now?

Have you experimented with Preferences > Export > File Preview settings? On
the Mac version there are several choices.

I think it would be desirable if including IPTC data were an option when
exporting to formats that support it. Send a wish to the FH wishlist:

    Hi Judy,
yes i have played around with both the .jpg and .bmp preview selections but
nothing works yet. The company we're using is somewhat new. Hopefully they can
rework whatever coding to get that available.
    Thanks for the help,
