Tubes, Filters, Eyecandy
I'm new to Photo El 2. I'd like to know if you can do the same things with
PSE as you can with PSP8? Also can you make animated pictures like the
snowglobes? If you can could someone tell me exactly how to do this?
I have both programs, but am at a loss on how to do anything in them.
