tuxracer no sound - Linux Setup, Configuration & Administration

Since installing Redhat 9 I notice Tuxracer has no sound. All the sound mixer levels are turned up and I ve found no reference to Tux in ~/.kde -- faeychild....

    Since installing Redhat 9 I notice
    Tuxracer has no sound.

    and I ve found no reference to Tux in

    What I did was simply get the Tux Racer package for RH 7.3. It works for
    me!

    Interesting. So it was a mistake after all. I'm surprised it took so
    much time to determine it was an error.
