Twisted wire vector graphic tutorial

Has anyone seen a tutorial or know a quick way to draw a twisted wire cable graphic in Illustrator CS?

Can't remember about an online tutorial, but I've once posted a step by step here for a telephone wire, can't seem to find it though.

If you're interested, I can recompile a step by step or a quick tutorial.

Maybe you can use this called spiral cord and tweak it...
