Two levels Summary Report - Microsoft SQL / MS SQL Server

    I am looking for a query that compute summary of a company
    and department on the same report. Any suggestion would
    be helpful. Thanks-

    Example:
    code amount branch
    ---- --------------------- ------
    CB 1 SUPP
    CB 1 SUPP
    sum
    ===========
    2

    CC 5 SUPP
    CC 6 SUPP
    sum
    ===========
    11
    sum
    ===========
    13

    If you don't need pretty you can use this:

    select code,branch,amount,sum(amount) as Total
    from testtbl
    group by code,branch,amount with rollup

    If you need pretty you can use case and the with grouping function.

    using case and grouping. Or do know where I could find

    SQL does not do reports. It is a data retrieval language. Use a report
    writer.
