Hi,
You are missing an Import to System.Reflaction or reference (not import)
to System.Reflaction.Dll.
In .Net you must to reference the assembly that you are using. After
referencing the assembly you might Import namespaces from the reference
assembly to your own assembly to declare types without full namespace
(you can always use types with full name).

That makes sense that Assembly mechanisms come from the Reflection
namespace.
