Type not readable on screen
Illustrator 10 (winXP)
CPU: Cadco
RAM: 512
Memory: 80GB
Processor: Athlon AMD
Question:
Type in illustrator is not readable on screen. To read the type I must convert the type into outlines or zoom in 500% to read the type. This happens on all illustrator files and all fonts (any size). The type is shown with gray bars unless I scale the type over 1000 points. If someone can help me I'd be grateful!
Thank You

Re: Type not readable on screen
Under "Preferences->Type and Auto Tracing" check the value for "Greeking". It should be set to something like "6pt". You probably have it set to around 500pt.
