[Ubuntu 5.10] Master Volume control
The Master Volume control doesn't have any effect on the volume (of my
Gaim-sounds or Amarok's mp3-volume, for instance). This also means that
the volume-keys on my Logitech Access keyboard are useless, because they
control the Master Volume.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
I already changed the panel-control to PCM instead of Master, so I can
still adjust the volume (used by Gaim and Amarok) quickly. If the Master
Volume control can't be fixed, is there a way to bind the volume-keys to
PCM as well?
