ufsdump on a remote tape drive - Sun Solaris

Hi Folks, I have tried to backup data from a machA( Local machine ) to machB ( Remote machine) Everything seems okay in the log files. When I try to look on machineB with the `mt status` it seems as if the backup was not done. Very strange. Could someone point me out in the right direction. Default ufsdump on a remote tape drive

    Hi Folks,

    I have tried to backup data from a machA( Local machine ) to machB ( Remote
    machine)

    Everything seems okay in the log files. When I try to look on machineB with
    the `mt status`
    it seems as if the backup was not done.
    Very strange.
    Could someone point me out in the right direction.

    Thanks

    When I do a `mt status` on machB (The Remote machine ) it seems like
    nothing happend.

    cd /var
    machB:/var
    $ cd tmp
    machB:/var/tmp
    $ ufsrestore ivf /dev/rmt/0n
    Verify volume and initialize maps

    When I try to list the contents of the tape on the remote machine (machB) I
    get this message and then
    it stops.

    Why, no you didn't.

    You backed up machine B onto machine A's tape drive.

    What must I do to change this?
    Backup machA data to machB tape drive?

    And what does this mean?
    Record size (512) is not a multiple of dump block size (1024)
