Does anyone have contact details for Ultrasuite I ordered and payed for the
asp products last week. I got a visa payment confirmation but no product. I
have used their web contact form but have had no reply.

Tried that still no joy. Are they still in business. Any alternative to
their ASP products?

Same thing happened to me.Had to send a threatening letter. I took me
2 weeks to get my $$ back. He's not answering anyone because he
doesn't even have them completed.

Like I mentioned to Steve above, I can't tell on what date your message was posted here. I am very sorry for the trouble that you had to go through. My health was such that I couldn't attend to any emails.

It is your misimpression that I was not responding because the extensions were not complete.

1. The extensions were completed in 2005 and lots of people have been using the since then.

2. My customers have pre-ordered extensions from me many times in the past. That never stopped me from responding to them.

In any case, I am sorry for your trouble. If you are still interested in the extensions you may contact me at support_at_ultrasuite_dot_com and I'll makeit worth your while.
