UltraSuite for PHP_MySQL (old version)

Hi everyone,

On the 5th of October 2005 I bought an "upgrade_to_UltraSuite 8 PHP_MySQL for
Dreamweaver 8 - Single User License" from Jag. Apparently he is not well and
has not finished the product. I have written several mails to him without
getting a reply.

Now my question: is there anyone who has the old version of UltraSuite for
PHP_MySql and who is willing to send it to me?

I have lost the old extension in a computer crash and would very much like to
get it back! - Unfortunately one cannot download the old version from his
website anymore. There is a download link for the new one, but since it is not
done yet, one gets an error message.

I do have proof that I have in fact paid for the upgrade (receipt from PayPal
and a notification of payment received from Jag).

Can anyone help?
