Default unable to access web page on development machine

I am trying to run a simple asp.net page using Visual Studio Net Pro 2002
    and

getting an error 403.1 Forbidden: Execute Access Forbidden. It works ok on

my machine at home. I'm not sure if our firewall might be interferring
    somehow.

    Here is what I'v checked:

    The web.config file has debug=true

I am not using a specific IP address.

    IIS installed before Visual Studio

In the default web site properties, home directory tab, execute
    permissions

    is scripts only

In the default web site properties, directory security
    annonymous access tab,

edit button shows anonymous access and Integrated windows
    authentication

    both checked.

When I try without debugging, page displays "Server Application
    Unavailable

(Looking at the default web page in IIS, it looks like it is
    running.)

This is what my log file looks like for today:

Default Re: unable to access web page on development machine

Can you explain a little bit more:
    - you can use the service when it's deployed on your home maching, right?
    - you can't use the service when it's deployed on a server in your company,
    right?
    - did you add a virtual directory (or a complete site) for your service in
    IIS?
