The thread at the forum does not tell you to open it, but to rename it to psapiold.ddl
Have you tried that?

Sorry to hear that. have you Googled on:

"Get Process Image FileNameW"

Maybe that will help with other solutions.

As I could not seem to solve this problem I thought maybe the easiest solution
would be to buy another Contribute 3 package in the form of an update Adobe
Contribute CS3. I downloaded a trial. Yes, got access to the website. Updated
home page. Sent
copy to my email for review and then published but come up with Contribute
GUARD PAGE and the website is not live on the internet even though I can see
the page on my pc. All it gives is a blank page with Contribute Guard Page on
it instead of peterborougharthouse.com home page.
I rang Contribute and they suggested I try the forum again and if that failed
to try Dreamweaver Forum.
I seem to have really got myself stuck here any suggestions anyone.

Why do you sent files to yourself for review?

Maybe you have some kind of connection problem.
Can you post the name of a file, that you are certain to be on the server, or
check yourself in the browser if it's really there.
Can you check if there are any files on the server using a ftp program
(filezilla f.i. is free)?

The guard page is shown by Contribute, according to Contribute, to prevent
browsing of the _mm and MMWIP folders. But when I try to browse these folders I
get a error 404 not found (not the guard page).

I sent files to myself as Contribute recommends it to save loosing them, as I
have in the past.
I downloadled filezilla.f.i. however message pops that I need to have a
programme to open it, downloaded errorsmart to open it. Didn't open it, says I
have to pay.
I am really out of my depth and will have to book in for somebody to repair
this/sort out the problems as I feel I am compounding it. I have downloaded a
few things since trying to fix this, most free, one paid for which did not do
the job - my ignorance I think.
I fail to understand how free trial update of the programme I had already
purchased can do something like put up a Guard Page and not put instructions on
how to take the lock off.
I will put out a request for a repair person who knows about Contribute
problems, my previous web services company is not familiar with Contribute and
is suggesting I dump my site and have another made.

I certainly feel like dumping the whole internet/pc thing.

If you like I could try and help you some more, but I would need your
connection (ftp) information. You can change the ftp password after we get the
site up and running again, so I will not have access anymore.
Do you have a back up of the website files?
If you want to try this contact me on info@digital-ink.nl. I'm available on
20th may 08.
