Unable to create .pdf file in Version 6.01
Why do I get the message "unable to create .pdf file" when using "export layout to pdf in Quark 6? I got this same message in Acrobat 5 and was never able to make it work like it had before in Quark 4.
Also, I cannot see the Acrobat PDF in the Print Center, so I can't use the Print method of making a .pdf in Quark 6 either. Please help!!

Re: Unable to create .pdf file in Version 6.01
Export to pdf in Quark 6 doesn't use Acrobat, it uses Quark's built-in pdf engine.
What Mac OS are you on? If it is Panther, you need the 6.0.1 update to install the Adobe PDF printer.
