unable to edit pages
I am unable to edit pages that another administrator currently has on her PC. How can I override this or how do I get the other
administrator to take off the page I want to edit?

editing on another computer. Click here to make this page editable"
then just click on "here"
please let me know if this is not the issue. and if it isn't, please provide
the error/warning you are getting.
