Unable to install Flash on windows XP Pro. SP2Limited/Power user
I have a windows Xp pro sp 2. power user login. I am not able to install flash.
No error message, but it says IE Blocked the flash. I don't know how can i
install. Administrator login I can install but it wont work in user or power
user login.
Please help

i have the same stupid and annoying problem., i cant view flash/player websites
or some websites featuring video/stream under flash written plugins and media
players. i think its due to the win xp security user/level. The whole
problem is totally retarded, because this prevents simple USERS to review
flash/websites written content ...

Fistly log on as administrator & uninstall existing flash using ADD OR REMOVE
PROGRAMS in Control Panel. Then go to User Acounts and Set your account to
ADMINISTRATOR. Log off, log onto your account and install FLASH.
Log off again and log on as administrator again and return your account to
limited.
