unable to instantiate COM objects
I have a CFMX6.1 server that will not instantiate ANY COM objects at all.
Giving a useless "error occured " message with nothing in the logs.
Updater 3 is applied, and I also found a hotfix specifically dealing with COM
issues, but it didn't help.
