Unable to make edits

I have set up a new Contribute client (CS3), and the setup and login proceeded
smoothly. The problems arose, though, when this new user had finished making
changes. If they opted to post for review, an error dialog would pop up telling
that changes were being made to a non-editable area, and crash. The part about
the non-editable area--that isn't the case, the page is based off a Dreamweaver
template, and the non-editable areas are clearly marked, with this user only
making changes to allowed areas. It seems that the setup worked fine in earlier
versions of Contribute, but not with CS3. Are there any changes I need to make
to the templates or settings?

Could you please provide me the test templates for us to reproduce the same?

In order to rule out if its a template specific issue please share us with the
Test files if any.
