unable to open template
I can;topen template .dwt page in contribute 3. HOw can i change template page
in contribute so that i can make site wide changes from template page without
opening outside contribute and then uploading it. Basically why can;t u do it
from contribute and How.

Contribute isn't designed to edit templates, only to use them to create new pages.

Whoever is administrating the sites should be making edits to templates
through Dreamweaver. ".dwt" stands for "Dreamweaver Template" and can
only be edited through Dreamweaver... I believe Contribute also
supports Frontpage templates too.
