Unable to print any size but US Letter with AI 10.0.3
I am unable to print anything but US Letter in AI 10.0.3. When setting up my file, I use Page Setup to select Tabloid or any other size (Legal or custom sizes). I continue on to Document Setup to adjust the Artboard. Everthing seems to look fine when I return to my work. There's an 11 x 17" artboard and the margins look right. But when I go to Print the paper size always reads "US Letter."
I use an HP Deskjet 1220C printer and have no problem with it in AI 8 or other applications like MS Word. I am running OS 9.2.
I've struggled with this for quite a while and can only print posters and such by saving files as an EPS and opening them in AI 8. I would be very appreciative if someone could help me with this.
thanks
Tom
