Unable to print background images

hello,

i am designing a brochure design A4 sized in freehand in which i used
backgroud image created in photoshop which i imported in freehand but when i
print the design from freehand the background image didnot print. only texts
and graphics that i used in freehand print, i could not find whats the
problem. and also it took a little bit more time to print from freehand.

my printer is hp laser jet 1300 , freehand version is 10 and operating system
is window xp.


i hope kind help regarding this .

What type of file did you save it as? Did you actually put it on the
"Background" layer in FH and is that layer still below the "Printing
Bar". Any layers below the bar in FH do not print.

Hello Rich

thanks a lot for your valuable help , i am really greatful to you,
actually my bg image was in backgrouond layer which was below the horizontal
bar, after putting the layer above the bar now it prints.

i am new to freehand so i didnot know that thing,,,

i really appreciate you..
