Unable to print multiple copies

Hello I am having issues printing multiple copies from Acrobat Pro.
I am using V 8.1.2 on a fully updated Leopard system and I am printing to a Xerox 7400N which has a new firmware update as well as I am using an up to date driver.
I am able to print one copy without issue, if I try more it send the job to the printer, printer reads out as processing job and then stops. I thought this was a printer issue so I called Xerox on it and they determined that it is not a printer issue. I am able to print multiple copies from other programs except Illustrator which I have a separate post about.
Any help would be great.
