Unable to reinstall AI-10.0.3
I have been attempting to reinstall AI-10.0.3 on my PC (Windows 2000) and when I do so a majority of the tools and palets are missing. I have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling, repairing the files but nothing seems to work.
This should issue should be as easy as just reinstalling the entire program but that has been unsuccessful. Any help anyone can provide would be most helpful.
