Default Unable to set permissions in Security Policy...

I am logged in under "Admin." and I am trying to set the
permissions for "Accessing the Computer accross the
Network" in the "Local Security Policy" Editor. When I
change the setting to only accept one Computer on the
Network as being the ONLY one to access it says: "Failed
to save the Local Security Database". When I delete all
the users in that particular policy and add only
Administrators say... I saved the setting just fine. So I
am guessing that it either does not want there to be only
one user and/or group to have access or that there is some
sort of corruption somewhere. I did try to add
Administrators and the specific machine as the onloy ones
    and that still doesn't work.

Where do I go from here????
Thank You all for your time and effort.

You cannot use a computer name in this field.
This particular policy only accepts users or groups.
