Unable to upload
Grant,
I tried to upload for challenge 29 but received a message back that your
ISP is restricting access from my ISP ( Telus.net ) because of some
problem with them and improper messages or something to that effect.
I will keep trying to participate and hopefully my ISP gets the problem
sorted out.
