Unable to view main index page in Dreamweaver correctly anymore
Hi, hoping someone can help me with this problem.
I created an index page for a site last year using the "Full Design:
Arial, Blue/Green/Gray template in the CSS Style Sheets category. When
I try and view it in Dreamweaver now, it doesn't display correctly,
only showing my banner, nav links across the top, and the first few
lines in the right hand column. It doesn't display the left hand
column or it's contents at all. Even hitting F12, previewing it in IE
doesn't display it correctly.
But when I doubleclick on the index file directly in the folder, it
displays correctly in the IE browser.
I'm guessing Dreamweaver isn't referencing the .css file, but I have no
idea how to fix this. Even when I try to create a new page by opening
the above template, it only displays the code of the .css file, not the
'Code and Design' layout that I'm used to.
Hope this is clear enough - still a newbie at this :)
Thanks in advance for any forthcoming replies.
