Unable to view text when testing movie

Hopefully someone will be able to help. I am working on a flash site - this is
all very new to me! On the stage my text window is large enough and my scroll
is plenty to be able to view all my text........except for that when i test the
movie about 1/2 of my text is not there.......i scroll into blank areas. Any
ideas why i am loosing this?

I am somewhat of a novice but, I have some experience in this area. How are
you getting the text into the text area?

Are you linking to an outside source? If you are simply writing in the text
area, make sure you have scrollable checked.

If you need a raw source file to achieve this - I have one that you can use.
It uses an external html file formatted in XML and uses a CSS sheet for all of
the syles, colors backgrounds etc.....

I guess i should have said that i am using FlashMX2004. I had a guy locally do
a little for me but he's unfamiliar with 2004 and has yet been able to answer
my problem.

Help is greatly appreciated as i have a deadline next week. EEKS!!!
