Unable to watch Director .exe file...black screen

I maked an interactive program using Director MX. But, i have had problems
watching it. In some PC it works very well, but in others, a black screen with
a white center line appear at the monitor.
What should I do??? Which programs do i have to install??? Inclusive, why an
XP windows PC (some) has the same problem?? I suppose XP have all plug-in to
watch it..or not??

In order to get an answer you need to provide a lot more detail about your
problem. For example, did you publish a projector or a shockwave movie,
what OS is having problems are all of the Xtras included...etc.
