Since underlining is for typewriters, not professionally-set text (where italics should *always* be used) I don't miss this "feature" one bit.

"Sorry, Mr. Advertiser, I'm going to have to refuse your ad, because you insist on underlined text, and the typography police do not allow it. So keep your money."

My thoughts exactly! It doesn't matter to some customers what the trend is in text formatting... If they want underlined text you have to do it. Adobe drives me crazy with their attitude they have shown in Illustrator not having capabilities other software like Corel and Freehand have had for many years. At least they have FINALLY given us a "fit to page" and preview option when printing. I am so sick of scaling things down to fit a letter-sized paper when working with large format graphics. Now, how about a multi-page option too? ;-)
