    Default Undo Levels?

It seems there is only one level of "undo" in Director MX 2004 (mac). I've
searched the preferences and help files and cannot seem to find any reference
to setting more levels. Can someone confirm this? Or is there a way to have
more than one level of undo? Thanks for any help. Steve

    Default Re: Undo Levels?

I think this has been on the wish list for a long, long time. Like little
children eagerly awaiting Christmas morning, with each new version we look
for more than one level of undo. Alas.... I understand that we didn't get it
    with this version either.

Thanks. That seems so very, very odd. I mean in Flash you can have up to 9,999
undo levels! You'd think Director could at least offer 20 or 50 or 100. I don't
get it. Is there something about Director that makes this prohibitive? Anyone
know why this is? Thanks again. Steve

if you search the macromeda forums on this subject you'll know why it is
impossible to add multiple undo levels in director... think for instance of
changing your movie during runtime and dynamic castmembers?
