Unexpected quit shutdown
Hi,
I'm trying to edit a file made in In Design CS for Mac on a windows-pc. At´first I got the message the file can't be opened, after updating to In Design CS 3.1 the program is shutting down quietly if we are selecting the text tool for editing the text... help would be wonderful, time is money ; )

You might try first investigating for corrupt fonts. Then, you might try throwing away InDesign preferences files (InDesign SavedData and InDesign Defaults) and restarting the program and trying again. If that doesn't do it, try emptying the Temp folder, rebooting, defragging, rebooting and test again. Those are common things to rule out, I know, but you should investigate the common things first. The Mac to PC thing shouldn't be a factor.
