unix programming jobs??

[bigbinc03]

what are some good places to look for unix programming jobs, not
monster.com, or hotjobs.com. I am sure there are unix people needed,
but sometimes, they dont advertise. Austin, Virginia? Or do I have a
better chance of winning the lottery?
