I'm having some issues editing in regions specified as editable with a
particular template. Basically we cannot get our cursor into the region as it
gives us the "no smoking" symbol (circle with slash). After a series of random
clicks, tabs and arrow keys we can sometimes trick it to let us in. Sometimes
a single click works. Sometimes we have to click the title of the editable
region (ie: title). Sometimes short cuts work, too, like ctrl A to select all,
then we can use arrow keys to get where we need to be. Every time we try to
the method is different and unpredictable.

Has anyone else had this problem? I've developed over 30 sites that use
Contribute and this is the first time the problem has arisen. The site's
designer cannot replicate the problem and is sloughing it off as "user error."
I know not where to turn!
