Unticking to permit use of ECDC in XP
I have bought ECDC ver5 Starter I installed it butit will
not work. I tried to get into untick but do not have the
Recorder Tab to get into it. If I uninstall ECDC will it
come back to be unticked before reinstalling ECDC
