untitled webpage ???

Hi,
I currently own and run [url]www.total-performance.co.uk[/url] however the index page
displays as 'untitled'. No wi have tried to rename the page but the coding then
gets thron out and the system doesn't accept the page as being valid.

I basically have 3 different areas on the page. Top left frame holds the
website logo. Top right frame holds were the banner ads section will appear.
The rest of the page at the bottom (currently showing as a forum) is linked via
HTML coding. It appears that the forum section is what is showing as
'untitled'. However if i add a titled then the forum no longer appears.

Does anyone have any ideas?
Could someone also advise how to get the webpage to appear with the use of
frames?

My final question is how to link a flash animation so that when it ends it
takes you to the current index page?

Any help on any of this would be greatefully appreciated!

Changing the Page Title in any of the frame pages will not effect the Title displayed in the browser. You need to apply the title in the page the contains the frameset.
