Default Unwanted black background appears within Dreamweaver

A black background appears behind the text below when I am editing it in
Dreamweaver.
http://www.fva.net/District11/v2/Within%20Dreamweaver.jpg

However, the black background does NOT appear when I view it in Firefox or IE.

To see the actual page, go to

Of course, I'd appreciate ANY help you can offer.

Thanks,
Jussi

My guess is that THIS is the problematic code (see below), but I don't know
WHY!

It might be "stuck" highlighted in Dreamweaver. Have you tried closing Dreamweaver and opening it again?
