Update art "under" my form fields?
I am designing a form-fillable PDF using InDesign for the layout. After I export to PDF I create all my little form fields. Problem is the client is making many changes to the layout and I end up having to create all the fields from scratch.
Is there any way to update the PDF (just the "art" portion) and keep the form fields?
TIA.

Re: Update art "under" my form fields?
Create a new PDF with your changed page(s). Open the first, and go to Document > Replace Pages. Choose the second, and indicate the page(s) to be replaced.

Can I sign my pdf?
I have a tablet and can write on the screen. I have created nice pdf's but I would like to have two fields for signatures--not digital. I've tried looking for Art fields or "draw" fields but have no luck. Any help?
