Update: FHMX Updater problem...studio MX+ serial #.

Hello,

For those with the problem of trying to download the updater with a Studio
MX serial #...

Just called Macromedia...they answered on first ring! Spoke to the customer
service gal regarding the problem of Studio MX+ serial numbers being
rejected when trying to download the updater.

She said that they expect to have the problem resolved tomorrow (Saturday,
11/13/03).

Not sure if you saw John Nosal's post...he said they would have it fixed in
a "timely manner".

So we have somebody who was able to update today with a Studio MX serial
number, some people who said that customer service was closed til Monday, I
was told "hope to have it tomorrow (Saturday)", you were told a week.

Well, at least they are working on it...I am going to go with John's "timely
manner" and just download and work with the trial version until this problem
is resolved. Hope the trial is 11.0.1.

The trial in not version 11.0.1. So unfortunately you will need to wait till we get this issue fixed.
