If you get that message with say the 7.05 Language support, and 7.07.Odds are you already have them. The Updater is not very informative. Instead of reading what you actually have installed, and Just showing the parts you need to update. (IE: Apple's Software Update). Adobe's shows all the recent items you should install.

You are right by going from the oldest to the newest, because if you don't and try to skip you will receive this message.

Now if you received this message also on the 7.0.8 update then you already have 7.0.8 installed.

I know it is updated. But why it still show those lower updates. Is it wired? Also, does 7.0.8 include the language support (maybe 7.0.8 language support).

Just the way Adobe has it setup. In Apple "System Update you can actually go to a window that shows what's been previously installed. But it only opens and shows what update is needed. when first opened.

Guess Adobe wants to confuse you. :)

it allows you to download the updates which takes quite a while. after that, it asks you whether you want to install them and then it tells you cannot install them. So the download should not happen at the first place. poor design.

Everyone agrees here. But, guess Adobe feels it should be setup this way fro folks that for get to update for a while. Unlike Apple's system that expects you to update ASAP.
