Default upgrade from 2003 Standard to Enterprise

We are running Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition, and
we decided to install an Exchange Cluster. Is there a
upgrade path from Windows 2003 Standard Edition to
Enterprise Edition? And how does it work?

    Thanks.

Yes, it is possible. Just insert the CD, and perform a normal upgrade.
