Default Upgrade from PM 4.0 to Indesign CS

I'm using PM 4.0 (1 user license) and I want to upgrade to Indesign CS (2 user license). Is this available?

According to the Adobe Store web site, if you're a registered PageMaker user, you can purchase the PageMaker edition of InDesign CS for $349:

But don't expect to be able to open any of your PM files with ID. You'll
need to get those PM 4 files converted to PM 6.0, 6.5 or 7.0 files.

You should be able to download the PageMaker 7 Tryout (which probably is good for 30 days). According to the PageMaker 7 Help, you can use PageMaker 7 to open PageMaker 4 through PageMaker 6.5 files. Then after converting them to PM 7, you can open them in InDesign.

    Yup. 30 days.

It comes with a publication converter that will convert them all in one
    swoop.
