You can if you download the combo updater from Apple.
http://www.info.apple.com look for the Mac OS X update 10.2.6 (Combo), be
warned it is a VERY large download...

If you can't successfully download the updater over your dial up
line, Apple does sell the updater on a CD for $19.95. The listing
at the Apple Store is that it contains the update to 10.2.5, they
    may be shipping 10.2.6 though.

If you use the software update control panel, you'll need to go
through the various update level first, but its easy. Just run
softwareupdate as many times as necessary.

If you go to Apple's web site, you can download a batch update
file that will take you from 10.2 to 10.2.6 in one step after
    you've downloaded it.

While there'll, of course, be other updates involved, going from 10.2 to
10.2.6 will be done in one swell foop via the 10.2.6 Combo updater.

    DL did <g>
