    Default upload .doc files

I haven't looked into much yet, but just wondering if it is possible or if
anyone has any advice. I was just wondering if you can make it possible to
be able to upload a .doc file to a database or anything then have it so it
will be displayed on a page once it is uploaded.

I am wondering this for this reason, I am trying to make a simple site for a
County and I want to make it possible for them to upload the county minutes
to the website, then each time they upload the .doc file it will have a link
to it from the County Minutes page. I will look more into it, but I was
just seeing if there was any advice to starting this. Thanks

Okay, please read this article. (This is NOT a jab or anything like that.
Advice only, really! It's the truth.)

Before you click that link, please be aware that there is one inappropriate
word that will display on your screen, so if you're offended by such things,
or if your boss is standing behind you or whatever, don't click it. It's a
    perfectly legitimate site though.
