    Default uploading to ftp server

Hi Newsgroup. Can anyone help please?

I maintained a website, prepared with Publisher 98 and
have just now updated to MS Office Pub. 2003.

Previously I created an 'edit version', then used File
    > 'save as html'. This produced a folder ready to
upload. Now with Pub 2003 I cannot find how to create
    an html folder to upload.

I get to the 'filtered html' stage, which produces two
components, an index icon (which displays pages like the
website preview does) and a folder of Index Files, but
can't find what to do next to name and upload them. I've
tried joining the two together in one folder but that
didn't work! Glad of any info. Please. Janet (Sussex)
