Uregent help needed in forms

Hi,
First of all let me tell you that I am new to Dreamweaver and in learning
process. Well I want to know one thing here. I am creating a form in dream
weaver 8. It includes just a text field, a text area and a submit button. What
I want to do is to send the information in the fields when the button is
clicked. Please can any one tell me how to do it step by step. Waiting for your
replies and thanks for giving your time. Please reply quick.
